Alicia Haldenwang’s practice focuses mainly on private law (lease agreements, contracts for work and services, real estate transactions) and public law (building permits, land use planning, issues related to the Geneva Law on demolitions, transformations and renovations).

She also advises the firm’s clients in matters of land ownership rights (rights in rem in immovable property, easements, condominium/co-ownership, neighbouring rights) as well as in criminal real estate law.
